How can you ensure field staff efficient performance?
First of all, you should properly train your employees.
We have developed an effective training and appraisal system for field staff. The system includes training courses for all staff on selling and negotiation skills, specific character of merchandising activities in different sales channels. The training programs have been developed for different levels of staff competence and can be conducted in the format of in-house training or interactive off-site game (outdoors).
We deliver product trainings for field staff on new product launches. If necessary, we can deliver additional training ?in the field? to reinforce results of in-house training.

Our appraisal system allows to discover promising young employees and develop their managerial potential in the Young Manager School. On a regular basis we conduct personal development couching and round tables for field managers of all levels.
